The GC-100 Ground Fault relay is obsolete.  It was replaced with a GC200 relay, which is now also obsolete and Schneider has no replacement.

Bender has a relay that may work (it's UL508 listed but it is not UL1053 listed for Service Entrance).
USA customers are encouraged to contact Bender (http://www.bender.org) at (800) 356-4266 and ask for the "Industrial Sales Team."
Canadian customers may call
905-602-9990.

Circuit breakers with integral ground fault protection are available for service-entrance and feeder applications up to 6000A, and in many cases these may be used to satisfy ground-fault protection requirements.
