Equipment sent in without an actual failure are subject to an evaluation fee from our service department.
Information needed :
1. Proof-of-purchase showing the date purchased and cost of unit in question
2. Return shipping address
3. Unit serial number
A digitized, photographed, or faxed copy of the purchase receipt is ideal. If this is no longer available we can assess such information as order confirmations, shipping/packaging receipts, etc.
Please be aware that we are looking for official documentation that verifies the purchase date of the equipement.
