XW Series Inverter Charger - F69 External Sync Failed

Issue:

Customers unit is faulting with a F69 with a single unit installation. 

Environment:

XW Series Inverter Charger

Resolution:
 

Check connections and cable on external AC sync port. In a single-inverter system, nothing must be plugged into the AC sync port.


Cause:

Customer has something plugged into the AC sync, mistaking it for the Xanbus Port.
