The common causes of this error are:
1. Incorrect user credentials being entered. In this case, please double check the user name and password. Both the user name and password are case sensitive.
2. WebX is configured to connect to an invalid server. Please check whether the "System" shown on the "System Log On" page once WebX loads matches the system configured in "Configure Connections".
