Confirmation Email from Conext Insight Not Being Received

Unable to log into Conext Insight, and have not received confirmation email.

Verify that the user is logging in to
There is a demo version of Conext Insight available on that is not for actual use.  A sign that the user is on that site is the graphic in the top left showing "Demo Conext Insight".  If they try to log in to the demo version with an account created in the demo version, the user will also get a script error.
