First review the documentation provided during the training and in the website tool to see if your question or issue can be resolved.
If not, use the Program Support link on the left side of the webpage to submit a question to the people who manage and maintain this site. Provide details on the question or issue. Screen Shots are very helpful.
NOTE: The Drives Product Support Group is not responsible for this program or the website. DPSG can not sign people up, reset passwords, or modify the database. This must be done through the Program Support link on the website.
