Why can't I clear fault 0013 AC voltage high?

Issue:
Unable to clear fault 0013 AC voltage high on GT250.

Product Line:
GT250

Environment:

Cause:
Missing the neutral cable at the AC inputs from the grid.

Resolution:
Note: The work instruction provided is meant for those who are qualified to work on the inverter. This means that they should know how to properly Lock out and Tag Out (LOTO) the inverter..., etc.

This is a fault related to grid voltage.  If multiple GT inverters on the same feeder, check other inverters for the same fault. If multiple inverters have same fault, then it is most likely a grid event.
Fault code 0013 means that the inverter detected the grid voltage to be higher than the allowable upper limit. This can be the result of the inverter missing a fourth input line (Neutral) from the AC side. Typically, the integrator is required to install 4 inputs cables from the AC side (A, B, C) phase and the neutral. The inverter uses the neutral as a reference to detect and calculate the grid voltages. Without this reference, the inverter would not be able to accurately determine the grid voltage.
Solution: The neutral input needs to be installed. Another solution could be done if the fourth input line (neutral) cannot be installed. You can increase the Max AC Volts % from a default value of 110 to 120. This can be adjusted from the front panel display in the settable parameters. Please call the solar support line 866-519-1470 and select option 3 and 3 to get help from the technical support team if you do not know how to access the settable parameters.
