What can cause the DBS II Ready LED to not light up?

Issue:
What can cause the DBS II Ready LED to not light up?

Product Line:
RAM DBS and DBS II

Environment:
All models

Cause:
Power applied, but no Ready LED.

Resolution:
When the DBS is powered, at least one LED located at the front of the board set should be illuminated.  The green READY LED indicates that the DBS is in a READY state.   This means that the DBS has passed all preliminary system checks.  If the READY LED is not lit, first note any LEDs that are lit and troubleshoot accordingly.
If all LEDs are not lit, check the following:
-power applied to board, 120Vac on terminal 3, neutral on terminal 4
-fuse FU1, .25A
-fuse FU2, 5A
If the above are OK, replace the board set.
