Why is there no temperature history displayed on the chart in my Wiser Air account.

RESOLUTION
  • It can take up to 24 hours to start seeing data displayed in the graphing section. 
  • If the problem persists after 24 hours please remove and re add the thermostat from your account. After doing so you will need to wait another 24 hours for data to populate.
