What are the remedies for troubleshooting an Altivar 630 Process drive with an Overvoltage Fault (OSF)?

Cause
Remedies for Overvoltage Fault

Resolution:

Remedy:
Check Line Voltage with a digital meter to see if the incoming line voltage is to high. 
Check DC Bus Voltage (PA+ to PC-)  If you divide the DC bus reading by the square root of 2 it should equal the same as your incoming line voltage measurement. 
Check Mains Voltage on the HMI to see what the drive thinks the mains voltage is reading. 
If the Mains voltage is to high you will need to check with the power company about gettnig it lowered. 
If you are getting spikes or surges on the line side of the drive you may consider using an input line reactor.
Other things to check.  Check to see if they are using power factor correction capactitors or check to see if they have another DC power source that might be overcharging the DC bus.
