Why does the inverter keep cycling up\down without an error?
Inverter keeps shutting down without an error on the display.
Current transducer (CT) malfunction
On the DC side of the inverter, there is a CT that is used to calculate the amount of DC current coming into the system. The CCU board uses this information and calculates the PV and DC voltage. The VDC can be calculated wrong if the CT has malfunctioned. This causes the inverter to keep open the contactors since DC voltage is out of range. Replacement of the CT will fix this issue.
