GT - What does fault 0073 means and why it can not be clear?

Issue:
Inverter faulted on 0073 Remote Emergency Stop.

This fault indicates the remote emergency stop circuit is open or has been activated.  If the emergency stop option is not installed, a jumper is connect between TB7 at pin 1 and 2.

Product Line:
GT100 and GT500MV

Environment:

Cause:
Loose connection, blown fuse, E-stop activated or bad board.

Resolution:
GT100:
1.Turn the inverter off and disconnect both AC and DC inputs to the inverter. Peform Lock out and Tag out (LOTO).
2.Check to make sure F11 and F12 are not blown
3.Check to make sure the wiring between TB7:1 and CCU P2:5, and between TB7:2 and CCU P3:9 is intact. 
4.Check to make sure P2 and P3 on the CCU board are tight and secure.
5.Measure the voltage between P3:9 and P1002:6.
6.Remove the locks and turn on the power to the inverter and see if the fault can be clear by pressing F1.
Note: If can not be clear then check the connection at TB7 (pin 1 and 2) and also plugs P2 and P3 at the CCU board. Call 866-519-1470 and select option 3 , 3 for futher assistance if the fault remains.

GT500MV
1.Turn the inverter off and disconnect both AC and DC inputs to the inverter. Peform Lock out and Tag out (LOTO).
2.Check to make sure F16 and F17 are not blown
3.Check to make sure the wiring between TB7:1 and CCU P2:6, and between TB7:2 and CCU P3:5 is intact. 
4.Check to make sure P2 and P3 on the CCU board are tight and secure.
5.Measure the voltage between P3:9 and P1002:6.
6.Remove the locks and turn on the power to the inverter and see if the fault can be clear by pressing F1.
Note: If can not be clear then check the connection at TB7 (pin 1 and 2) and also plugs P2 and P3 at the CCU board. Call 866-519-1470 and select option 3 , 3 for futher assistance if the fault remains.
