Why is the Tesys product I want to order is not on the system. Why?
There are two major reasons. 1. The item is a non stocked item. As such we will have to add it to the system. Rather than ``second-guess`` what items will be ordered, we will add items as needed to Quote To Cash (Q2C). Contact Resale or the Product Marketing Group to get an item added to the system. 2. We chose not to put a specific product on Q2C. For example, at the time of launch the spring terminal version of the contactors was not UL approved. We chose to leave any off of the system pending final approval of those devices. (Note: when the devices are UL approved we will place products in stock to make purchasing them easier and reduce delivery times.)
