Schneider Canada Services offers Improved Electrical Equipment Reliability through our comprehensive start-up and testing services. Our technicians are factory-trained service representatives who are experts in all areas of new equipment start-up, as well as the latest product improvements.

Although start-up testing services may vary according to customers' specifications,acceptance testing is recommended. Acceptance tests are tests that are performed on new equipment, usually after installation and prior to energization. These tests are performed to:

• Check that equipment has not been damaged during shipment or installation
• Ensure that equipment is in compliance with the purchase specification and design.
• Document test benchmarks that can be used as a reference during future tests
  

In addition, an acceptance programme should include a complete visual inspection and an operation check of all circuitry and accessory devices.
