The Schneider Electric "Customer Care Centre" (CCC) is a single point of contact where qualified personnel answer your customer service and technical support questions. Two support centers are offered to support customers calling from both Canada and from the United States. Please select the call center for your country

GoToAssist

GoToAssist is a permission based Web-based screen-sharing application that enables Schneider to support you the customer with your software and computer support needs. This tool permits our technical support representatives to remotely view and optionaly control your computer in an effort to isolate and resolve your problem.

You are requested to first contact our call center and request software support. The technical support representative may envite you to participate in a web session. Once in a session you have complete control over the session and you may terminate the session at any time.

GotoAssist is safe to use and works with most firewall technology. The software uses session keys with 128 bit Advanced Encription Standard (AES). This means that your data and computer are safe and secure at all times.
