  • Features

    The VAH is a compact, high duty vacuum circuit breaker for primary distribution. It can be used in a range of application fields from power plants and generators up to 200 MVA, to utility substations and industries. Two main versions are available:

    • VAH for high current switching
    • VAH for Generator switching

    VAH for High current switching 
    • Ratings up to
      • 13.8 kV / 5,000 A (8,000 A with forced cooling) / 63 kA .
      • 17.5 kV / 5,000 A  (8,000A with forced cooling) / 50 kA.
    • Standard switching cycles 10,000 (mechanically and electrically).
    • Loose type circuit breaker or trolley version
    • Full LV control option list available.
    • Meets IEC and CNS regulations.

    VAH for Generator Switching 
    • Ratings up to
      • 15 kV / 5,000 A (8,000 A with forced cooling) / 50 kA .
      • 17.5 kV / 5,000 A  / 63 kA.
    • Power range up to 200 MVA
    • Loose type circuit breaker or trolley version
    • Full LV control option list available.
    • Generator circuit breaker standard IEEE C37.013
